I construct engaging and intuitive user experiences that your customers will love.
I currently advocate agile, User-Centered Design methodologies as part of the Pegasystems Global User Experience team. Additionally, I provide user experience and interaction design training within PRPC.
It’s my personal goal to ensure that everyone involved in the project drastically improves their understanding of user experience, the iterative design process, and is capable of continuing to promote best practices throughout the organization.
My process continuously evolves as I work with and learn from each client. Every project and every user benefits from the inclusion of user experience throughout the software development lifecycle.
My experience allows me establish rapport quickly with end users and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure everyone is more than satisfied with the final product.
I love my profession and simply enjoy making things easier for people.
“Mark is incredibly talented. He listens well to client needs and asks insightful questions to fully understand what the user experience needs to be – both for the end user and the client. He then designs the appropriate Web environment for success and executes it flawlessly.”
Kurt Fisher, Principal, RD2 Inc.
“Mark worked above and beyond to get our bank past the brainstorming stage and into the design and development stage of our new website redesign project. Mark kept us focused on our key market segments, always ensuring we stayed on track to meet our aggressive deadline. I highly recommend Mark as he was an invaluable part of our web redesign project. Our rollout will be a success because of him.”

I live with my wife and daughter in Denver, Colorado.
If it weren’t for my Kindle, squat rack, to-do lists, and Balsamiq Mockups, I’m sure I would be a very unpleasant person to be around.
If you like semicolons and serial commas we will get along great!
